HOW TO START A GROUP

  • Decide what your group is about.
  • Keep it simple. A clear purpose helps others know what to expect.
  • Choose how you want it to run.
Please Note: Your group can be casual or structured, RP-focused or non-RP,  open-invite or small and private. Set expectations up front.
  • Invite others,
  • Post in the appropriate Discord channel or talk to people in-game.

Please note: Let players know what the group does, when it meets (if applicable), and whether RP is expected or optional.

  • Run it your way,

Please note: Groups are player-driven. You decide how often you meet and how involved things get.

STAFF NOTIFICATION & SUPPORT

Staff approval is not required to form a group. We simply ask that staff are notified with a brief write-up so we know the group exists.

A short message including:

Group name, general purpose or activity, and whether RP is expected, optional, or not used.

If you would like staff help with:

Promoting your group, adding it to an events list, hosting larger group events, or getting a dedicated channel or role (if available) . You’re welcome to reach out — but remember staff involvement beyond notification is optional.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

Groups must follow the Rules and Terms of Use. Group leaders are responsible for setting and enforcing their own boundaries. Participation should always remain voluntary. Groups exist to create fun, connection, and shared experiences — not obligation. If your group stops being fun, it’s okay to pause, change it, or let it fade.
